  5. Only wrong items, damaged items, and wrong sizing should get exchanged goods base on the customer request earlier shall be send back to us within 5 working days, any items resend more than 5 working days from the receiving calendar should not entertains and consider done deal.
  6. The case items requested sold out, customer has right to get different items, which has the same price or higher than what they had purchased earlier.
  7. Payment can be done directly using Ipay 88 online payment system, Paypal, or direct debited to our company account.
  8. No transfer amount allow to any of our staff account or personal or individual account
  9. Items will only deliver upon full payment as partial payment will not be entertained.
  10. APFI SB has all rights to keep customers privacy and preferences and shall always to update anything such as new arrivals, launch, discount that may applies to the Zaloofa’s promotional campaign.
  11. For marketing campaign purposes, APFI SB has rights to us customers’ feedback on their products to improve their production quality.
  12. Items sold with currier service for West Malaysia only, for East Malaysia we shall update.
  13. For enquiry of products for sending to overseas shall be requested to our email and different charges of courier shall be implied.
