Delivery Policy

The company will not be responsible for any damage during the shipment process.

Delivery of the said Items will be received between 7 days and the customer will be advised on the currier date and delivery of the said items accordingly.

Exchange/Return Policy

The company will not be responsible for any exchange or refund for damages or matters that appear from the customer side.

The company will bear the cost of the item damage was coming from our side.

The company will only responsible in the situation whereby the item that has been Delivered there is a difference in term of the size than the size ordered by a customer where customer shall deliver the goods not less than 5 days working calendar on the Currier date and cost of courier shall be borne by APFI SB

No exchangeable or refund for items that sold in good hand.
